Participation in sport is a fun and easy way to get active and increase your physical fitness, as well as socialization.


Learning to cook is a basic skill that can be taught through patience, to give someone a great deal of confidence, independence and joy. It is a skill that everyone can learn, regardless of ability, and gives people an opportunity to be creative and incorporate other skills, such as literacy and numeracy, when reading recipes and using measurements.


Dancing is one of the great activities for physical exercise as well as emotional relief. It is proven to be a great method to express feelings and emotions, and improve music perception.


Basic water skills and swimming at an invaluable asset that everybody should have the opportunity to learn, regardless of skill set or ability.
